Due to the hygienic nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.


Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at soap@bloomorganicsoap.comwith:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We’ll assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.

This policy does not exclude or limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
